Annual republican shinkyokushinkai karate tournament “Batys Kazakhstan”
On December 21-22, the annual republican tournament in karate shinkyokushinkai "Batys Kazakhstan" was held in the city of Atyrau. More than 400 athletes from the Mangistau, Astrakhan and Atyrau regions, as well as the city of Astana, showed uncompromising fights and identified the strongest in 35 weight categories. 9th Asian Championship in Shinkyokushinkai Karate among men and women in Bangkok (Thailand)
From November 8-10, the 19th Asian Championship among men and women was held in Bangkok (Thailand). The Shinkyokushinkai National Team of the Republic of Kazakhstan won 9 gold, 1 silver and 8 bronze medals out of 10. On August 8, the 37th Kyushu International Championship was held in Fukuoka, Japan. More than 1,000 participants took part, including three athletes from the Kazakhstan national team.
