The following presented reports on the work done in 2023: the head coach of the Kazakhstan national team, the team leader, the chairman of the kumite referee panel, the chairman of the kata referee panel, and the heads of branches.

The results of the work done in 2023 were summed up.

We also discussed plans for 2024 regarding marketing, participation in sports and social events. The federation's plans are global, and there is a lot of work and grandiose projects ahead.
