The traditional Shinkyokushinkai karate tournament “Karate kyz” was held in the Orken sports complex in Taldykorgan. The traditional Shinkyokushinkai karate tournament “Karate kyz” was held in Taldykorgan, dedicated to March 8 – International Women’s Day.

About 80 karatekas from the cities of Astana, Almaty and districts and cities of Zhetysu region took part in the competition.

The opening ceremony of the competition was attended by Betirowa Zaina Makhmutovna, President of the Zhetysu Regional Federation, Erkebulan Mukhtaruly Beisembayev, President of the Almaty Regional Federation and Sarmanov Batyrkhan Amenovich, the honorary guest of the tournament.

During the event, the federation presented gifts to our athletes. Our winning girls were awarded diplomas, medals, bouquets and special certificates from sponsors.
